Article 1. Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by Krstn.design. By accepting a quotation, signing an agreement, or paying an invoice, the client acknowledges having read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Any general terms of the client are explicitly rejected.

Article 2. Quotations and agreements

1. Quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified. All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
2. An agreement is only concluded after written confirmation by the client (via e-mail or signed quotation).
3. Quotations do not automatically apply to future assignments.

Article 3. Intellectual property

1. All designs, sketches, files, and concepts created by Krstn.design remain the property of the designer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. After full payment, the client receives a usage right for the agreed purposes.
3. The client may not modify designs or use them for purposes other than those agreed without prior consent.

Article 4. Execution and deadlines

1. Any indicated delivery times are estimates only. Delays do not entitle the client to compensation or cancellation.
2. Additional work or changes requested by the client that are not included in the original quotation or assignment will be considered extra work and invoiced separately.

Article 5. Payment

1. Deposit: Upon acceptance of a quotation, a deposit of 25% may be required. This deposit is non-refundable.
2. Payment term: Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
3. Late payment: In case of late payment, an interest of 1% per month will be charged automatically, plus a fixed compensation of 10% of the invoice amount with a minimum of €20.
4. Retention of ownership: All delivered designs remain the property of Krstn.design until the invoice has been paid in full.

Article 6. Liability

1. Krstn.design is not liable for:
   • the client’s use of delivered designs beyond the agreed purposes;
   • errors in materials provided by the client (texts, images, logos, etc.);
   • indirect damage, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
2. Liability is always limited to the invoice amount of the specific assignment.

Article 7. Privacy

1. Krstn.design only collects and stores personal data necessary for quotations, invoicing, and communication.
2. These data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
3. The client may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time (via jurian@krstn.be).

Article 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, only the courts of Antwerp shall have jurisdiction.
